Usain Bolt trains with star-studded team ahead of charity match
Former Olympic sprint champion Usain Bolt, and his World Eleven team, were put through their paces on Thursday (June 7), training for their Soccer Aid UNICEF soccer match on June 10.
The squad are taking on an England team, captained by singer Robbie Williams, at Manchester United’s Old Trafford.
Joining Bolt for the game will be fellow sports stars Kevin Pietersen, Dan Carter, Robert Pires, Yaya Toure, Robbie Keane, Juan Sebastian Veron and others.
Celebrities will include chef Gordon Ramsay and Westlife singer Nicky Byrne.
On Tuesday (June 5), Bolt played for Norwegian top-flight side Stromsgodset in a friendly match against Norway under 19s, as he pursues his dream of becoming a professional footballer.
Manchester United fan Bolt also trained with Bundesliga club Borussia Dortmund in March.
