Sri Lankan Government Condemn the Afghan Attack
The Government of Sri Lanka strongly condemned the yesterday’s terror attack in Kabul, Afghanistan, in which 57 people were killed.
‘Sri Lanka strongly condemns the heinous terrorist attack at a voter registration centre in Kabul which is an assault on democracy’, the foreign affair ministry said in a statement yesterday.
A suicide bomb attack at a voter registration centre in the Afghan capital Kabul yesterday killed at least 57 people.
The dead include 21 women and five children while a further 119 people were injured during the attack.
The Islamic State group said it had carried out the attack.
