Trump has dinner with European business executives at Davos
U.S. President Donald Trump had dinner with some of the most powerful business executives in Europe on Thursday (January 25), his first day at the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland.
Trump attributed his first major legislative victory of U.S. tax reform as one of the reasons businesses are investing “billions and billions” in the United States.
He invited the business leaders seated around the table to introduce themselves to the media and describe their respective companies.
Volvo’s U.S.-built Mack Trucks and Nestlé’s American roots were discussed during the dinner, among other topics, the White House pool report said.
