If you fail to draw a clear distinction between work and leisure, you will get exhausted more quickly and generally put your own well-being at risk, a study shows.
According to the study carried out by the University of Zurich and published in specialized Journal of Business and Psychology, mixing work with private life will make it harder for employees to recover, and it will also make them less productive and creative.
