The appointment of two new ministers by Northern Chief Minister C. V. Vigneswaran proves that he acts independently, says TNA spokesperson and Parliamentarian M. A. Sumanthiran.

He said this while commenting on the appointment of new ministers to the Northern Province by the Chief Minister.

He further said, TNA leader R.Sampanthan pointed out in his second letter to C. V. Vigneswaran that he is acting on his own without discussing with ITAK (Illangai Tamil Arasu Katchi).

And now appointing new ministers clearly proves that he is acting independently and ignoring ITAK while making decisions, said Sumanthiran.
