To protect democracy Govt should not be silent: Ravi Karunanayake

If racists try to act against democracy, government will not be silent says Foreign minister Ravi Karunanayake.

Foreign Minister Ravi Karunanayake met the former Finance Minister Ronnie de Mel on Friday.  After his meeting with ex-finance minister Ronnie de Mel, Minister Ravi Karunanayake expressed these views to the media.

Any individual or group, whoever acts against the law should be arrested. And Police should act speedily to arrest people who spread racism, Minister Ravi Karunanayake further said.
