Britain’s Queen Elizabeth, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, Prince Harry and other members of the British Royal family arrived at Chelsea for the annual flower show on Monday.
Queen Elizabeth and Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburgh, Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge, Prince William, Duke of Cambridge and Prince Harry, Sophie, Countess of Wessex, Princess Anne, Princesses Beatrice and Eugenie attend RHS Chelsea Flower Show – Press Day at the Royal Hospital Chelsea on May 23, 2016 in London, England.
The RHS Chelsea Flower Show, sponsored by M&G Investments, is the place to see cutting-edge garden design, new plants and find ideas to take home. Chelsea Flower Show, is organised by the Royal Horticultural Society. The Duchess wears Catherine Walker coat-dress.
Many of the exhibits on show mark the Queen’s 90th birthday, including a 21ft (6.4 metre) floral arch of at least 10,000 blooms, and an exhibition of Royal photographs at Chelsea dating back to 1949.
The grounds of the Royal Hospital have been transformed by a display of knitted crocheted poppies, drawing comparisons to the ‘Blood Swept Lands and Seas of Red’ installation at the Tower of London in 2014.
