Mahinda Rajapaksa wanted a VVIP cabinet worth US$ 4 Mn – Ranjan

Mahinda Rajapaksa MP wanted to have a VVIP special cabinet in a plane worth US$ 4 Million during the time of his presidency said Minister Ranjan Ramanayake.

Addressing a media conference Mr.Ramanayake said that Mahinda Rajapaksa made an agreement with Air Lanka to provide him a special cabinet which should be like the cabinets of American President Barak Obama, British Prime Minister David Cameron and Prince Sultan.

He further added that when the people of the country were under poverty line, the President had wanted to travel overseas in a VVIP cabinet.
