The justice arrives late on  the allegations charged  over the Srilankan  forces, Police and those who are  in power, says the human rights activist Rukki Fernando.

He has pointed out that the people of south tend the military forces who are charged with the war crimes in the UN report , should get away with the punishments, and once they are charged with crimes, they are no longer the soldiers but criminals, he added.

The military forces and the police themselves are bounded to the law and to say not to take legal actions against them is so dangerous.

The governments have the right to fight but they should obey the accepted rules and regulations, he further said.
