SLA stuck with Geneva investigation panel

The reports has says that contradiction opinions were expressed by many SLA soldiers in the inquiry of the alleged war crimes and human rights violations during the final stage in war. It has been reported that, especially former Army Major who presently living in US, had given false testimony that he had not contribute in the war.

Since the submission of the UN Investigation report to UN Human Rights Council take place on coming September 2015, the initial investigation are being carrying out in different angles. 40 SLA soldiers has been alleged as per the investigation which already carried out.

UN Human Rights Council remains it accountability in order to execute the investigation process due to the pressure from international and local.

The people who were engaged with diplomatic missions in the abroad after the end of war might be encountered for this investigation. Since the government has changed, many supports of previous regime; striving to become supporters of present government with intention of escaping from their accusations. However; we have to wait until end of the September for see the conclusion of this matter.
